Understand why your monthly payments have changed

The Insurer reserves the right to change the annual premium at each anniversary date of the contract. In this case, you will be informed at least two months before the anniversary date. 

However, you may notify your opposition to the change in the annual fee by cancelling the membership by :

* Registered mail addressed to l'Assurance - ZENRENT SAS - Service résiliation - 9 rue de l'Éperon, 75 006 Paris

In this case the termination takes effect on the anniversary date of the contract if it is made during the first year, or within thirty days of receipt of the termination request if it is made after the first year.
