My tenant has not received his contract

Find out what to do if your tenant has not received a contract to sign

There are several reasons why your tenant may not have received their contract:

❌ You entered the wrong email address for your tenant in your personal space when you sent the contract. Don't panic, write to us at hello@depozen.com with your tenant's email address so we can resend their contract.

🙅 The email sent to your tenant has reached their spam or promotional emails. Ask your tenant to check their spam.
