My landlord has not received a contract to sign (property manager)

What should I do if a landlord has not received a contract to sign for a property?

There are several reasons why your landlord may not have received their contract:

❌ You entered the wrong email address for your landlord in your manager area when sending the contract. Don't panic, write to us at hello@depozen.com and tell us your owner's email address so we can resend their contract.

🙅 The email sent to your owner fell into his spam or promotional emails. Ask your landlord to check his spam.
