My card payment did not go through

Here is the procedure to follow if your card has not gone through

Don't worry, it can happen to anyone! There are several reasons for this:

❌ You did not authenticate your payment.

The law now requires that all payments made be authenticated by your bank. You can authenticate your payment either directly in your bank's app (if you downloaded it on your phone), or by entering the code you received by text message at the time of payment.

😢 Your card is blocked.

Have you put a stop payment on your card lately? Have you reported your card as lost or stolen? If you have recently taken action with your bank regarding your card, this may be preventing Depozen from taking your monthly subscription. If this is the case, please contact your bank.

⏲️ Your card has expired.

You need to enter another credit card information to make your payment.
