How to make a claim?

Here is the procedure to make a claim on the Depozen platform

To make a claim, go to your personal dashboard, in the "my claims" tab.

Fill in the information requested to specify the purpose of your claim.

The Depozen team will compensate you in less than 48 hours if the inventory of fixtures and fittings provided are co-signed by your tenant. Otherwise, in case of dispute by your tenant, here is the procedure 👉 What happens in case of dispute with my tenant?
