Understand why your monthly payments have changed
The Insurer reserves the right to modify the amount of the annual premium on each anniversary date of the contract. In this case, you will be informed at least two months before the anniversary date.
You may, however, notify your opposition to the change in annual premium by cancelling your membership:
- E-mail to email@example.com
- Telephone call with written confirmation - +33 (0)1 47 70 59 50
- Registered letter addressed to - ZENRENT SAS - Service résiliation - 16 boulevard Saint-Denis, 75 010 Paris.
In this case, cancellation takes effect on the contract anniversary date if made during the first year, or within thirty days of receipt of the cancellation request if made after the first year.
