When will my insurance premium be debited ?

For security deposit insurances:
- Application fees are deducted immediately on subscription.
- Monthly premiums are deducted once a month from the guarantee date.

Example: You take out a policy on 01/13 for a deposit on 01/25. Your application fee will be deducted on 13/01 and your first premium will be deducted on 25/01. Your monthly premium will be debited on the 25th of each month.

For non-occupant owner insurances:
- An initial deduction is made pro rata to the remainder of the current year.
- The annual premium is then deducted on January 1st.

Example: You take out a policy on 13/01 for an annual premium of €89. Your first premium will be deducted on 13/01 and will cover 353 days of the year, i.e. 96% of the total number of days in the year. You will therefore be charged €89 x 96%, i.e. €85.44. Your premium for the following year will be debited on 01/01 until your contract is cancelled.

For home insurances - Tenant:
- The monthly premium is deducted each month on the date of subscription.

Example: You take out a policy on 13/01 for coverage to begin on 25/01. Your first premium will be deducted on 01/25. The next on 25/02, then 25/03... and so on, until the contract is cancelled.
