What is the deadline for reimbursing the landlord following the inventory of fixtures?

With Depozen: In the event of damage to the property, the landlord will be reimbursed within 48 hours following the departure inventory.  

Without Depozen: it takes an average of 3 months and 12 days for an owner to be reimbursed for a rental where Depozen has not been implemented.
