What happens if there is damage in the apartment I rent?

Here is what will happen if there is damage to yout rental

If there is damage, you will be required to pay your landlord. If you do not agree with your manager or landlord on the amounts due, you will be able to make a counter-review via your tenant dashboard.

In the event of disputes, you can have a bailiff intervene at your expense.
