What happens if my tenant moves?

Is your tenant moving? Here is the procedure to follow

Your Depozen contract will end at the same time as your tenant's departure. Once you have received your tenant's notice, you will be able to confirm your tenant's move-out date via your personal space.

You will also be able to confirm the date of departure of your tenant from his tenant space. You will receive an email inviting you to confirm this exit date.

Please note: a tenant cannot make his exit date official by himself, without your validation.
