🙆 Your contract commits you to:

Pay monthly premiums for replacement of your security deposit until the end of your tenancy, or until the security deposit is paid to your landlord. You can decide at any time to stop Depozen by paying your security deposit.
Reimburse Depozen for any damage at the end of the rental & unpaid rent.

🙋Your contract commits your landlord to:

Not make false declarations of degradations.
Provide entry and exit inventories to Depozen in order to activate its compensation in case of damage or unpaid rent.
