Zenrent implements various processing operations based on several legal grounds such as: your consent, a legal or regulatory obligation to which we would be subject, our legitimate interest or contractual performance.

The processing carried out on the basis of your consent is carried out solely for the purpose of :

Management of the sending of newsletters and commercial offers
Management of cookies subject to your consent

Some processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by Zenrent:

5. The recipients of personal data

Strictly authorized personnel of Zenrent's internal departments.

Zenrent undertakes to keep your personal data for no longer than is necessary to pursue and achieve the purposes for which the data was collected.

For the management of contact requests
Retention period: 3 years from the last incoming contact
For the management of quote requests
Retention period: 3 years from the last incoming contact
For the management of newsletters and commercial offers
Retention period: 3 years from the last incoming contact
For the management of complaints
Retention period: Duration of the contractual relationship
For the management of payment transactions
Retention period: The time necessary for the transaction. And only for proof purposes, in an intermediate archive, 13 months following the debit date or 15 months in the case of deferred debit cards.
For the management of the exercise of RGPD rights
Retention period: 1 year in case of exercise of the right of access or rectification and 3 years in case of exercise of the right of opposition
For the management of the administration of the website
Retention period: 12 months
For cookies deposited strictly for the provision of a service, and those that allow or facilitate communication by electronic means
Retention period: The time necessary for the session
For cookies subject to your consent
Retention period: 13 months from its registration

9. Transfert de données hors Union européenne

Les données à caractère personnel collectées via l’utilisation des traceurs et cookies tiers sont susceptibles d’entraîner un transfert hors UE, et notamment vers les États-Unis. Dans le cadre des services de la gestion des paiements, un transfert de données aux États-Unis est effectué. Afin d’assurer une protection suffisante de vos Données à caractère personnel dans ce transfert, nous utilisons des Clauses Contractuelles Types conformément aux exigences du Règlement européen n°2016/679/UE du 27 avril 2016.
