Is there a minimum contract duration?

Signing a contract with Depozen does not commit you to any minimum duration of use of the product. You will receive the same compensation as with a traditional security deposit, regardless of the length of your tenant's rental period. 

Your tenant can cancel their Depozen insurance contract at any time. However, if your tenant terminates the contract during the rental period, we advise you to collect your security deposit from your tenant before terminating the contract. Once the insurance contract is terminated, Depozen will no longer be able to compensate you in case of any damage.
