I did not receive the link to create my account - Tenant

Here is the procedure to follow if you have not received the link to create your account

There are several reasons why you may not have received your login link:

❌ You entered the wrong email address when you entered your information to create your account. Don't panic, email us at hello@depozen.com with your email address so we can send you a link back.

🙅 Your email fell into your spam or promotional emails. If you still can't find your tenant area login email, email us at hello@depozen.com so we can help you.

🧔 You already had an account. In this case, you received a password reset link by email. You need to choose a new password in order to log back into your tenant area.
