How do I make a claim?
Here is the procedure for making a claim.
Depozen has a mission: to make renting more affordable and equal, while building trust between tenants and owners. However, if things don't go as planned, here is the procedure to follow so that we can find a solution together:

If you are still not satisfied with our response or solution, you can contact our complaints department by returning an email or by sending a letter to our complaints department at the following postal address

We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 24 hours. Within 10 working days, the most appropriate advisor will respond to you.
If no solution has been found within 60 days, or if a misunderstanding or disagreement persists, you may appeal to the Insurance Mediator, an external and totally independent figure.
However, if you contact the Mediator before sending your claim to our Claims Department, you risk having your request refused by the Insurance Mediator.
Our advice :
Indicate your Depozen contract number
If your claim is related to a loss, please indicate your claim number
Explain the subject of your claim
