How can I obtain my civil liability certificate?
Once you have logged into your customer area, click on your home insurance in the "Insurance products" tab.
This takes you to a page containing all the information on your insurance contract, such as cover, monthly amount and excess. A link indicating your number of documents.
Following this link takes you to a page where you can easily download your policy and all the certificates to which you have access, including the civil liability certificate.
