Can I take out PNO insurance for my tenant(s)?

PNO (Propriétaire Non Occupant) insurance is specifically designed for owners or co-owners who do not live in their property and rent it out to third parties. It is not intended for tenants, as they are not generally considered to be insured for liabilities arising from their occupation or use of the insured property.

However, it is necessary for tenants to take out comprehensive home insurance to protect themselves in the event of incidents and to cover their civil liability.
